Montréal-based graphic design studio Monozygote crafted the visual identity and packaging to help the product distinguish itself amidst the competitors filling supermarket shelves.

Friss is a recently launched kombucha brand from Quebec.
Montréal-based graphic design studio Monozygote crafted the visual identity and packaging to help the product distinguish itself amidst the competitors filling supermarket shelves.
Monozygote adopted a playful approach and a clean aesthetic, imbuing the packaging with simplicity and departing from the conventional graphic norms often associated with 'granola' products in the market. The visual identity combines the Herbus typeface designed by Elliot Grunewald, with Neue Montréal from Pangram Pangram, selected for all text and legal information. Despite the monochromatic design of the can, the identity transforms into a vibrant world of colourful stripes and chequered textures.
